The Corporate Tool-box was formed by Ann Andrews, CSP, Dip Bus (Pmer). Here's a little bit more about how The Corporate Tool-box was born and how it can help you!

How Are We Different?
Most training websites promote products created by just one person, often on just one topic. The Corporate Tool-box actively sources products from a huge range of fields and countries around the world, keeping us at the forefront of the training and development world.
How It All Began
As an in-house human resources practitioner and HR consultant and self-managing team specialist for over 15 years, Ann soon realised that to help as many businesses as she wanted to, she had to find a way to multiply herself.
Her first attempt involved franchising her proven 6-step team process. This took a year in development to create how-to manuals, workshops, and step-by-step instructions so that anyone could use her system and create their own programs.
In just 18 months she signed up 11 wonderful people who were absoluted committed and very excited about becoming team trainers and facilitators. And then disaster struck: mysteriously, one-by-one they gave up their dream and returned to the world of paid employment. Ann's eureka moment came when she realised that because they had all come from the secure world of full-time employment they had no idea about the realities of building a business and being a franchisee. Although they had all the training materials, one-on-one training and support in the world they still faced the challenge to get networking, get marketing and get themselves some clients.
When her final three franchisees decided to get 'real' jobs again, she knew that she had to make some tough decisions. Did she want to start the franchisee recruitment process all over again? She certainly knew a lot more than before about the challenges that the franchisees would face, and could perhaps better prepare them. In the end, however, she decided that her heart wasn't in starting all over again. So she too went back to what was familiar: corporate training, facilitating teams, and helping to grow other people's businesses - all on the hours for dollars treadmill.
Magically, she then had the great fortune to attend an entrepreneurs' workshop in Belgium where groups of very successful business people gathered around a table with the aim of taking one person's business model apart and suggesting ways to improve it - and as luck would have it they chose Ann's business model. After much debate and lots of exciting ideas, their recommendation was for Ann to become a marketer of her own and other expert trainers' business and training materials.
They felt that her many years of experience working with business teams, plus the learning she had gathered through the franchising years was not wasted; that learning what not to do can often be as valuable as knowing what you do want to do.
The flight back home to New Zealand gave Ann plenty of time to think through the options. But in the end it was a no-brainer. And so The Corporate Tool-box was born!
